Pros

Great benefits and highest paid for hourly positions. Decent work life balance only in certain departments.

Cons

Upper management loses sight of the guest experience and gets caught up in drama, what they think of employees, etc. They think they are at the level of a Four Seasons guest in terms of status. Upper management can make strong assumptions of your character instead of looking at work ethic/reviews/etc. Four Seasons by book has excellent Culture and Values but that does not mean it is practiced at all properties.
