Unprofessional top management

Pros

I have been consistently impressed by the Four Seasons brand in terms of guest experience, but unfortunately, my experience with the company's top management has been disappointing. Communication from senior leadership often lacks transparency and professionalism, creating a disconnect between them and the team members who deliver on-the-ground service. Decisions that affect staff are often made without input from or respect for the employees, leading to frustration and a lack of clarity. This approach has, at times, impacted team morale and overall productivity. Four Seasons has a great reputation for guest service, and it would be wonderful if the same care and respect were extended to all levels of staff.

Cons

Toxic and unprofessional environment nothing to add

Pros

Great people at the top of their professional game.

Cons

Since the departure of Kathleen Taylor and the senior leadership of her era, the company is solely focused on profits over people. The famous PPP is now - Profit, Profit, Product
