Pros

There is diverse stuff. Some workers you work with are extremely nice. The job is not hard to do, but it could be intense.

Cons

There are too many people with low iq. Management is horrible. Mangers come and go all the time. There is no clear structure in the restaurant. Too much drama. Some managers think they are too smart and act very entitled to which they loose respect from employers. There are a lot of middle aged people working as servers, and they are extremely obnoxious.

Pros

Salary is better in comparison to other hotels. Environment too is very positive. Best benefit is the free stays at any Four Seasons around the world.

Cons

Salary could still be higher for the volume of work. Seasonal contracts are never worth it. You ate left jobless and hope they just take you back for the following season.
