Pros

The company has a great business structure and has many great benefits with wonderful employee culture and a ridged moral program to keep people happy and ready to do their best for the guest.

Cons

Some managers may be ill equipped or overstretched in their position which led to some questionable decisions which rippled to affect many people and their responsibilities in their positions. Some decisions caused employees to question their want to continue employment or created a desire to transfer to a different department away from the problemed manager.

Pros

on slow days you can still leave with decent tips due to high check average.

Cons

Profit is valued over safety at the Los Angeles at Beverly Hills 4S. Extremely high management turnover, Managers are school trained, & have never worked in a restaurant before. No in-field experience. Culture is actually based on profits not the golden rule as they preach. HR and upper management go with the fear based tatics
