- Very physical demanding job. Heavy lifting - Prolonged standing in dress shoes, no sitting allowed even in the bell room. -have to stand at least 8 hours for the entire shift. Even for the overnight shift -Bell desk is outside, have to stay outside for the entire shift. -Weather elements can be harsh during hot summer and cold winter. -No actual summer uniform, still requires to wear suits in the summer even it’s 35 degrees outside. - Very demanding and picky hotel guests -Company culture is toxic, and brainwashing, always believe guest is right, makes employee feel demeaning. -Management is hypocritical, trying to be professional and supportive, but doesn’t actually care about employee at all. - pay & benefit are surprisingly below industry standards

Department manager was a micromanager and an extremely sensitive person . Take everything personally and only talks about his/her personal life . Never worked with such a toxic manager before . Ask all the employee who have left and 10/10 will tell you the same thing. I am only speaking about a particular department but I’ve worked with FS for a 5-6 years in different properties and it has been an absolute journey . FS will always be home
