Pros

The company cares about the employees ,nice food at the cafeteria, large and comfortable locker rooms, clean employees bathrooms, showers, most of the employees are friendly

Cons

They should increase the hourly rates in all the departments, that's one reason why a lot of people leave and quit the Hotel,on one site everything is very comfortable for the employees but unfortunately you don't make enough money so you have to look for other opportunities at others hotels who pay better.also at the beginning they promise you that you can transfer to other departments if you want but soon after that you realize that the only way to transfer is if you have good connections with your managers around and not necessarily been a hard worker so that's very disappointed

Pros

If you care about developing yourself into an amazing service provider this is the place. The orientation is great at explaining why you do things at a high level. It has been invaluable learning to me professionally and personally.

Cons

It's very political. There is a lot of average management and poor leadership. They preach service but the managers have no ability or desire to serve their employees Ina meaningful way. If you want to move up, give up your life. Work life balance is 80/20 work/life. HR is a joke, they are only there to prevent people from suing the hotel they don't care about your problems.

Pros

Four Seasons is an incredible company that treats their employees very well.

Cons

The hotel had some changes in upper management over the past six months, and it drastically changed the work environment. The hotel no longer has the Four Seasons feel, and it does not feel like the new upper management cares about the employees.
