Pros

Decent pay, ability to move up in the company or to move to different departments, pretty organized, free rooms at four seasons properties.

Cons

Long hours and if you work at the front desk working overnight shifts are required. Constant critique about how you talk, what you say, how you look. Its very upscale so its a bit tiring to be in that atmosphere all the time.
