Great company to work for! Worked there for 1 season as a pool server, good hourly plus great tips, everybody is nice, good enviroment.

Cons

It was outside in the heat so is very hot during summer. Some guests can be too demanding. You can get really busy, like 30+ people at the same time, so you have to know how to multitask.
