      Pros

      Such a good company to work for. I didn't have the benefits as part time, but full time benefits are great. Ive worked at a resort property and a city property and I learned a lot at both.

      Cons

      Four seasons makes their own monsters. Never say no to a guest, and the guests that complain enough get whatever they want.
