Read the dozens of bad reviews from recent employees that FWI has treated poorly. They dont care about their employees and only care about the bottom line $$. Was once a great place to work, learn and gain experience. The business started seeing a decline several years ago. In 2019 they sold off to private equity. Leadership has let go of nearly 30% of their workforce in less than one year and another 20% left on their own. In November of 2019, a formal RIF. April of 2020 they used the pandemic as an excuse/cover to reduce its force again. This time they didnt have to pay severance or treat people with integrity. In September 2020 they officially let go of all employees who were on furlough with little support. Lots of poor business decisions by leadership that affect the culture. High turn over across all departments including leadership. The product is also weak and serves little to no business value (like to have). Built as an on premise solution, FWI has invested heavily to migrate to the cloud but its so complex and messy that the solution breaks and results in upset customers and cross department frustrations and banter.
