      A company that truly tries to not to exploit their members, and help the community. Very supportive of fostering a warm friendly work enviornment

      Starting part-time, you do all the work that the full-time employee's do for the starting pay rate.

      Closed on Sundays. Half day on Saturday

      Pushy with their sale requirements. I was hired to do teller transactions not sell.

      You won't find a better atmosphere or better management team anywhere. They genuinely believe in their vision, serving their members and their employees. Their salary and benefits are above average and they keep enhancing them. They are committed to learning - it's a core value and it shows! Their training offerings are the best I have ever experienced. Bethpage's community commitment is truly the Heart of Bethpage! Wayne as CEO has made a tremendous positive impact on the organization. Looking forward to many more successful years!!
