      Pros

      Awesome senior management team. Always know that I have support in everything I do.

      Cons

      Not enough staff and seems like schedule challenges are never ending. But the team always pulls through. It just shouldn't be this challenging.

      This company has a really great friendly culture/environment. There is plenty of training provided. With a little bit of hard work you can certainly grow here. They love to promote from within.

      Cons

      As a teller you were required to come in for Saturday morning meetings at 8am, even if it was your day off.
