      Pros

      I started my role here just 2 months ago and have been SO welcome by the people and culture. On top feeling heard and valued as an employee, they also offer awesome benefits (generous PTO and the best 401k match I have ever seen), work life balance, TONS of room for growth and lots of food & fun events! I am so glad I made the right choice in employer and will be here for a VERY long time!

      Pros

      Anyone who works at Bethpage is extremely fortunate - the people you work with day to day are so special and the culture is amazing. I feel part of a respectful and collaborative team where ideas are shared at all levels and leadership really cares. You cannot find that everywhere. They also have a lot of fun events from volunteering, clubs, food trucks, summer parties and more. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and even more so now as the Credit Union is expanding.

      We work hard but you know you are part of something great and you are always recognized.
