Pros

Bethpage cares about its employees as they do our membership. They offer great benefits to their employees and offer a lot of actives to be involved in. Ex: Volleyball Clubs, Bowling Clubs, Tuition Reimbursement to allow us to further our Education and continue to take on additional opportunities within the Company. They offer a lot to their employees and our employees provide an exceptional service to our members.

I don't think I could provide an con's to working for Bethpage.

Used to be a great place to work, CEO has checked out, not engaged, many leaders are leaving, political infighting at executive level, broken promises. Do not trust anyone.
