The company used to be focused on growth. For the past few years, the leadership in key areas has retired or was replaced, and in hindsight it appears they were the ones who enabled growth. No more advertising, no new branches, retraction of services like free coin machines for members.

From welcoming environment to management and coworker support, Bethpage FCU is an amazing place to work. There is so much room for growth and many different opportunities within the company. The benefits are top notch and lots of employee discounts helps makes working here that much more amazing.
