Pros

- Great Benefits - Offers clubs and volunteer opportunities, very involved in local events - Discounts - Reward systems -Great co-workers - Employee experience focused

Cons

The only con I could think of would be the salary ranges, however all the clubs and activities Bethpage offers compensate for it

Pros

Room for growth and opportunities to expand career. Friendly and caring environment. Good benefits and retirement plans.

Cons

I truly can't think of any major cons at Bethpage. If I had to list anything it would be some of the branches could use some renovations. But I do know with so many things being back ordered and out of stock, branches have been having a hard time doing so.
