      A great job

      Pros

      I love this job. You get to work from home, you don't have to deal with customers, and management is very easy-going. I thrive when I'm left alone doing repetitive tasks, so if you have a hard time staying focused on one task and not really interacting with anybody this job probably isn't for you.

      Cons

      I wish there was an option to work full-time or the pay was a little better, but at the end of the day the pay is fair for the work.

      Pros

      Completely remote! Which is great for stay at home parents with a second income and that's about it.

      Cons

      Isolation and monotony are the name of the game in this role. Would you like to sell your soul to the capitalists for barely minimum wage, no chance of upward mobility, and zero in-person interactions? Do you enjoy listening to sleazy car salesmen swindle people out of their hard earned money and having to notate their conversation to near perfection under penalty of termination? Look no further!

      Pros

      While interviewing with various companies, I was looking for a company who was winning in their space and who had a culture of excellence and care for its people. I’ve found these things to be true and am very thankful for that.

      Cons

      I don’t have any critiques that are unique to Foureyes. Growth stage companies share challenges with clarifying career paths and polishing operations but I have great confidence in the people who are at the helm and on the ground floor.
