      Unequal pay for minority females/ difficult to work with pregnancy related schedule changes.

      Great in office facilities. Good amenities.

      Cons

      Female minorities make less than white males. At least this has been my experience and I know of other minority females that were started at less despite deserving equal pay so blatant discrimination here. At first, they denied schedule changes for pregnancy medical appointments. It was only after I submitted a complaint with UALD that they accommodated these schedule changes. They made it a point to make it known to me that this was a privilege I should be grateful for. Expect to be gaslighted if you address concerns and expect to receive retaliation/harassment in any which way they can if you so much as dared address valid and alarming concerns.

      Foursight Capital prides itself on the diversity present within all departments. Every employee brought on with Foursight can view starting compensation within the job postings and the range in compensation exists for those who have a range in experience. These compensation brackets exist so that discrimination cannot succeed. Each department has its own schedule adherence which employees are held to and accommodations can be made when going through the appropriate procedures.       Pros

      They Care about their employees. Safe and fun enviroment to work in.

      Cons

      I think a con is not being able to take time off unpaid by choice. You have to have pto if not you are at risk for loosing your job.
