      The company offers great benefits and has truly great people

      Cons

      Doesn't pay industry rates and piles on more work without pay raises. Communication has also broken down over the past several months and has caused new work to be sprung on employees without warning.

      Pros

      AMAZING teammates , real innovation and passion for what they do. People work really hard, and they have a lot of fun. Lots of cool company events from crawfish boils to athletic competition to celebrating various holidays. Very cool products.

      Cons

      long, long hours, and pay is decent but not amazing. They went through a merger which created confusing policies and processes, and senior leaders didn't always see the pain the teams went through every time they changed their minds. Pandemic hit the business hard and it took some time for them to figure out how to help their customers. Products are great but consistent tech issues that were left to fester, making supporting customers extremely challenging.
