Was a wonderful company back in the day, with the founder(s) still involved in running the company. A very good vibe among the workforce.

Cons

The company that it has become seems to lack a real connection with employees. Big question marks about direction, execution, compensation, etc.

Pros

ability to work remote, they say unlimited PTO, but... eh. they also pay for a majority of your benefits. constantly on calls w/ team in London, some travel opportunities. nice office view.

Cons

they say that they're flexible w/ their work hours but they don't really care if you have something personal to take care of in the middle of the day - if you don't answer a slack message immediately (45 min was too long) you will get scolded and asked to be more available. they also tend to take on too many projects or events at once when everyone is already at max capacity and new, then they take out their stress on each other b/c of the amount of pressure with fast approaching deadlines. If one person is out it's like they can't function, they expect everyone to immediately split up that person's duties on top of your own. It's a lot of pressure. There's also very little diversity. They offer Cigna insurance but it's not that great.
