Good team spirit, not much micromanagement, good social events.

Cons

Very little opportunity to progress into new technologies. Too little annual leave. Extremely cliquey.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and pointing out our team spirit as well our 'grown up' approach to working. In 2017, we increased our minimum holiday entitlement to 25 days in the UK with the option to buy 3 more days and increase further through years of service. We also have expanded the House of Excellence, our learning and development programme to allow people to learn new skills. In this way we can develop more internal talent rather than hire in short-term consultants. I would love to have a discussion with you if you have some ideas about how we could further help employees get exposure to new areas. We are always looking for ways to improve!

Too many old timers resistant to change. Going back to old ways very quickly. Nepotism for staff

establish business, always looking for fresh young teams

Cons

high turn over, strange culture fit, encouraged to challenge and present new ideas until one of the old hats dont agree then you're out the door.
