Went through 2 managers in 6 months. Both were fantastic, but the instability was tough. Leadership was WILDLY detached from the sales team. They’d come down with unattainable goals we were forced to hit. Felt bad for the Sales Managers because they were screwed from the beginning.

The workload is consistently overwhelming, with unrealistic expectations and deadlines that leave no room for a healthy work-life balance. Despite numerous assurances, there is a glaring lack of resources and support to meet these demands. The training programs are inadequate, leaving employees ill-prepared and constantly scrambling to catch up. Communication within the company is another major issue. There is a pervasive lack of transparency, with crucial information often withheld or only shared at the last minute. This creates a chaotic and stressful work environment where employees are left in the dark and unable to effectively perform their duties. Furthermore, the company culture is toxic, with a high turnover rate that speaks volumes about the dissatisfaction among employees. There is little to no recognition or appreciation for hard work, leading to low morale and a sense of futility. The benefits and compensation packages are also subpar, failing to adequately reward the significant effort and dedication required.
