-Company culture is above all. Recognition on all levels, departments that support and care for each other. - Learning and development department is continuously expanding ways to improve training. - There is both female and male leaders in higher level positions. -CEO supports change and has been growing departments that support the change. He also takes ownership on all fronts. Changes have all been positive

Cons

- Hard to say, maybe better health insurance? But this is honestly being picky. - maybe allow managers who have experience in mortgage lending have access to be able to back MLOs up.

Cons

Not enough career advancement training available, need to have everyone push for promotion within. Only happens if you have support from certain people.
