Some decisions can take a little long. But they are well thought out and Ts crossed and I's dotted before implementation.

Feels like you are a part of something. Enjoyable atmosphere, fast paced. Feels like family. Feels safe in the sense of being able to share your thoughts and opinions. Consistent improvements. Co-workers and leaders that actually understand the daily grind, and concerns.

Cons
