People are great for the most part

Cons

No work/life balance, overtime is often mandatory and it takes more than two months to earn a day's worth of PTO, and a lot of the management won't approve unpaid time off for any reason no matter what Also, training is below average. Don't expect to learn much here and your ability to get other jobs in the field afterward will be extremely limited.

There have been a couple rounds of deep layoffs that have had a substantial impact on most teams. At the same time more is being asked on tighter timelines.

Cons

Balance of Power and workload is bad. some departments take all the blame but have no resources or power. No accountability from department to department. Leadership is extremely detached from the reality of what is happening day to day. CEO is more interested in aquiring new revenue streams than operating a solid business.
