Good community, Boring work with little training.

Pros

Solid paying job that requires little experience, potential for overtime especially on weekends. Nice people and relaxed feel. Work mostly independently.

Cons

Work is boring and repetitive, sort of thing you get used to. There used to be music allowed and with music this job would be 1000x better. Also if you mess up it's on you, even if you weren't properly trained.
