Management teams are all horrible from top down , they don't know what are they doing, they chance their business plan every 3 months , and there's no follow up at all for any subjects or plan . They produce the wrong product just to keep the line running and that end up millions of millions of products that has no demands . HR department is a joke especially head of HR
