Pros

Great enthusiast employee base and good products.

Cons

Executive leadership does not interact with the employee base often enough. CEO is on the board (not a great way to inspire confidence). Some in upper management come from the CEOs past workplace. The culture seems to degrade as the company becomes more corporate. Transparency is not evident to me on major decisions or promotions.

FOX does it's best to put the people first. Office environment is enjoyable with everyone working hard to achieve their goals with no hesitation to support others and be helpful

Cons

This company grew and continues to grow super fast. The growth tends to outpace the processes needed to execute quickly and efficiently. This can lead to some pretty high stress scenarios.
