      Pros

      Easy work. The jobs are not hard.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, a bunch of people in charge who have no clue of what they are doing. Supervisors don't help, can't help, won't help. Literally will walk-off from a person when asked a question, or just tell them "No", I won't help. HR is even worse! No, help from human resources. They will tell you, that's your supervisors' responsibility. Well, your supervisor said, this...So whatever your supervisor or manager says happened, it happened as far as HR is concerned.

      great suspension that's about it

      great deal on parts, industry leading suspension

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue what is going on, company is an absolute chaos, no organization, does not care about the customer, only care about getting to 2 billion dollars in revenue by 2025.

      You can buy their stuff for very cheap prices.

      Cons

      Upper management is all about the King's friends, some directors often undermine people with better skills than theirs, the place is toxic, there are good people but the bad apples rule and are praised. Hide your projects, as your "team mates" can take steal your ideas. No culture at all and the company has a "high school spirit".
