Pros
Insane employee discounts... but only after being there a long time. Work hours are... kind of flexible, depending on your manager? But the environment is so toxic that it's hard to know if them showing up late and leaving early is something open to you too.
Cons
Constant employee turnover. No investment in people. Salaries are terrible, benefits are passable. The location is in a dismal industrial zone with no culture around it. The easiest lunch locations are in a stripmall by the SkyTrain stop: Subway, sushi, and a convenience store. Sexual harassment is pretty common for men and women, heard top management ask "Is our stuff... good?" about suspension products. Do not expect ANY loyalty or respect. Beloved managers (one who was there through the Race Face bankruptcy, buyout, and multiple layoff cycles) are fired when they're too senior and request raises or promotions. This place is bad!
