Pros

SCA Performance, the subsidiary I worked for, has a great group of people that are a joy to work with and work for. I definitely miss those guys sometimes.

Cons

Between the 9 hour work days and only 5 PTO days (that you have to build up to), forget about having a work/life balance. This may have been a good schedule in the 1930s but these days there is a large supply of better options. If you live for your work then you'll love it hear, but if you have a family you probably will find yourself looking for something else before too long. Also they don't do raises without you pushing for it.
