      Looks from the outside, but company does not do what they say

      Does not hire with-in company or promotions like they say they want to, want to move individuals to promoted jobs with out salary increase, HR is unfriendly, Takes 4 weeks to be hired , better to to put 2 weeks notice and then reapply 6 months later for a promotion and better pay. Does not care about employees, Has a huge turn over in staff and management, BEWARE

      Poor Management, favoritism, poor work/life balance, company is losing sight in what made them big in the first place. Trying to turn into another commodity Tier 1 supplier and are doing a poor job in doing so.
