      There are no pros to work here.

      Cons

      Constant OT that is required. At salary not worth it HR did not support staff at all. Many potentially violations. Constant staff cuts to increase board member revenue.

      Boys Network with NO Business Sense Whatsoever

      Management is clueless - the few females they have in leadership roles are tom boys that want to be part of the boys network. No leadership whatsoever they moved a bunch of morons from CA and just replicated their issues from that facility The new plant in Gainesville is a train wreck of supply and operations issues. HR is a laughing stock with a CHRO that has absolutely no value ... rest of the HR team is equally without value.
