      Pros

      Great place to work! If you work hard you will move up. Great benefits and they care about their employees. If something needs to be done it gets done. I've been at other companies where this is not the case. At the end of the day your building a quality product that is really cool!

      None. It is a very blue collar company.

      Discounts on industry vendors were pretty awesome

      Cons

      Most managers were too busy worrying about the next big event or race instead of managing and directing employees. The work load was not delegated, but dumped into the department allowing some to take a lot more to the good, high visibility projects. Other departments saw engineering as a nuisance and failed to realize that all new products start in engineering. We can't develop new products and bring them into production without support!
