Pros
- Old-fasioned style - Extremely friendly environment, food in the kitchen :) - Very nice and humorous staff - Relaxing and slow-paced
Cons
- HR is horrible and unprofessional. I was told that she will be there for my first day, but surprisingly she was not even in the building, and I could't reach her in any matter. My emails were not responded during interviews, and my pay and benefits were misleading and wrong. They never contact you and give you a clear answer...=_=! - Not many trainings or promotion possibility. - Things around could be more efficient and systematic.
