      The possibility to accumulate work hours and the ability to take the vehicle home.

      Cons

      Too strict,given very few chances, favoritism is common, promotion is very rare.

      Pros

      Good culture, regular hours, management is kind, nice offices, over all they treat you well. The only reason it had a good culture was because of the C.O.O at the time, I’ve heard he and a few of his managers have left though so that culture might not be there anymore.

      Cons

      The only con at the time was pay, it really wasn’t competitive but it was a nice place to work, the pay cut was worth it for me. Owners and the sales team were also pretty frustrating to work with
