They'll work with your life situations, intent on building leaders and providing leadership training, opportunities for growth, will work with you and move you departments if you/they think you're a better fit elsewhere instead of terminating the employment.

Cons

Nothing really. They're growing really fast and have come a long way, so most of the growing pains have been worked out or are being worked out.
