None really come to mind.

Cons

New hire trainer made extremely rude comments about customers behind their backs. Lack of organization. Software they use lacks functionality. Not a very friendly office environment.

Pros

Fox used to be this great, welcoming company that encouraged people to be the best leaders possible. The only benefit left is that they offer benefits and the people you work with who you can trust will be your friends at Fox and outside of Fox.

Cons

The compensation leaves something to be desired. Their “culture” focus is used to cover up shady decisions and activity. You don’t know who you can trust so the drama varies.

Not the place for experienced pest control technicians

Pros

You get a gas card and a company vehicle to take home.

Cons

Ownership is very cheap. The company does not supply full uniforms only shirts (between 1-5) No pants. Technicians have to use their personal cell for company business without any form of reimbursement. Most vehicles don't have bed covers which means you have to dig your equipment out of the snow. Owner's don't seem to care about the employees in the field.
