Pros

Can be flexible with hours and department shifts, depending on what you do. Not the worst call center type job. Techs have incentives, and sales always have incentives. Really good benefits, PTO, sick time, 401k match, HSA, now has life insurance and 12 weeks paid maternity leave.

Cons

Constantly changing standards and job descriptions. My job position now has become more than half of what my duties were when I was a Branch Operations Manager. Since being bought out in 2023, care for employees has gone down significantly. Not very flexible with working from home anymore, but can be worked out in certain situations. Underpaid like crazy. Annual raises range UP TO 1% now. This is VERY much a "who you know" company

Pros

The people that work in the corporate office are some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. It’s very rare that you will have a company where you get along with basically everyone; this is one of those companies. They pride themselves on their 18 core values with the most important one being Relationships First and it definitely shows in the way everyone treats each other. Benefits are very solid, upper management is competent and treats everyone well, and the work culture is unmatched.

Cons

Since Fox is based in a College Town, wages are noticeably below average unless you are working in a sales position. Recently they were acquired by Rollins which is the largest Pest Control Company in the US. Some teams were transferred from Fox to Rollins and were subsequently mislead and mistreated for months by Rollins IT Upper Leadership. (2/2025) The IT Support team was one of those but if you are working in any other department this is one of the best places you could work.
