Thorough training program, great benefits, encourage quality of life balance. Provide the best resources available to be successful.

Cons

There are no other Fox concepts in San Diego to use my employee discount card.

FRC has developed a unique restaurant culture with great values that help you develop overall hardworking habits if you follow their guidelines and rules of service.

Cons

Could be more organized, however most of their operations are grandiose.

CULTURE, CULTURE, CULTURE!!! Seriously, the culture of this company is amazing. Employees are empowered at all levels, and given the knowledge, training, and development to deserve it. There are no carrots hanging just out of reach. If you work hard for what you want, you will get it. If you need help and are willing to try, you will get the help needed. I have worked for a number of restaurant companies at every management level, and I can honestly say this has been my best experience. They have the IT factor.

Cons

It's a restaurant. It's long hours. I have worked harder here than I ever have and my body has felt it. The rewards are great, though.
