Great work environment to be apart of! All the management helps you grow in your career! They really care about everything and it shows. Great oppurtunities with the TFK concept and all of FOX RC.

Cons

There is nothing i would consider a con here!

Loved my coworkers, food was great, and the pay was consistent. In addition, I learned a ton about the industry.

Cons

Poor communication between management and towards staff. Not as accountable in regards to certain policy such as no tolerance for harassment. While at first I felt it was a comfortable work environment and admired their high standards, I unfortunately was proven wrong. I can only hope Fox's other restaurants are not run in the same matter.
