Pros

Pays very well and has a good benefit package. Hiring managers were clearly laid out and leadership supported each department as best as they could.

Cons

Office space was very dirty, COVID was not taken seriously at the time, work load was not well managed - went from no open roles to over 1,000 and back to none within a short time. Huge periods of lag time with little direction.
