Pros

At first the name was something the state and an employee could be proud of. There is no more infancy stage. Be prepared to be used.

Cons

Consistent restructuring of roles and responsibilities. No management or direct labor performance reviews for raises. Terrible HR staff. Cheap labor. No care for employee retention. No trust or loyalty. Sour environment. Makes your days there always on edge. Even if you work your butt off.

nothing is great, everything is terrible, you don't want to work here at all

Cons

Taiwan is home town (Foxconn HQ). Worked on leadership management team in Wisconsin. Terrible company to work for. They DO NOT respect & appreciate hard work. On top of my review, I was an out of state hire (MT). Utilized for my skills. No visa needed. Laid off less than a year later in Wi. without reason. The company has had years to get established. They promised Wi “Cadillac” jobs and manufacturing ….but they continue to cut cost daily & provide us with “Dodge Dart” results. I’m curious to know how many American employees actually work there.
