Not a suitable company to learn for a newbie with vast skills and experience
Pros
1. Good Manager 2. Friendly Atmosphere 3.Good office timings
Cons
1. No projects from new clients 2. Company hires excessive RF Engineers ( atleast in my case) without any new clients or projects making the others dummies and just useless without being able to work literally. So most of the time in office is spent on Instagram, FB and other useless stuff. 3. Very very less pay for the work being assigned 4. Expects immediate turn-over of projects and assigns deadlines that are not practical 5. Very Skeptical about sponsoring for international Students which makes the student worry about the future here. 6.Does not buy equipments according to the project, rather lends it from the vendor for a smaller tenure. 7. Cant even pay for the parking of the employee. 8. The CEO walks around yelling and does nothing else.
