Its a good place to start your career, but not finish.

Pros

They want you to keep learning and growing, so they will work with you if you are in school.

Cons

Leadership is in different countries or states and runs the company remotely. They want you to work 24 hours because of the time difference in China. They hire people out of state.

might be able to learn if you try really hard .

Cons

1 use work visa to lure people and not keep promises 2 toxic management and work environment, Taiwanese managers have priorities: Taiwanese people, judgmental environment and double standards 3 no meetings with manager, career growth is a joke(you have to be a Chinese/Taiwanese first), promotion relies on the managers' preference 4 no boundaries between personal and work life 5 no customer, hire excessive amount of people for tax benefit if you don't want to be emotionally abused try to avoid this place
