Pros

There are none except contract supporting went away.

Cons

everything is bad about this small company. They agreed to a said salary and then once I began realized they undercut my pay 12k. Put up with their nonsense for some time and they eventually ran contract to ground.

We are sorry that you feel that you were undercut on the salary that you agreed to. However, please note that oftentimes, similar positions on the same contract fall under different labor category requirements and thus have different salary ranges.

Pros

Small company where you can make a large impact if you are willing to work hard. They reward employees with bonuses and promote from within when possible. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper Management needs to give more direction to fulfill the mission of the organization on a contract level.

Pros

Small company, stable infrastructure with 85% of business as prime contracts. They pay annual employee bonuses (rare these days) and their benefits are gold standard. They pay 100% of the deductible - unheard of in this day and age.

Cons

We have people in 18 states and Europe so it is difficult to have team building activities where everyone can get to know each other. But they do have 3 different holiday parties in 3 different states at really nice restaurants so most get to participate and socialize.
