- Foxhole is growing a fast pace, and because of that we have a lot of new and exciting work coming every month! - The company provides regular communication, listen to and considers new and innovative ideas and continuously encourages growth, both personally and professionally - Culture is conducive to creating friends ad mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests - This is a place you can call home; many employee's have been here for a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others - I love my job
Cons
No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It is important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. The mindset is rewarded at Foxhole.
