4yThank you for your feedback. Regarding our PTO policy, employees start with 15 days of PTO that accrue on a monthly basis which we believe is within the standard range within the industry.
We have always had a certification reimbursement program but membership fees for existing certification were not covered. We are happy to state that we listened to the feedback of our employees, and have recently updated our Certification and Education Reimbursement Policy to include membership fees. In addition, the annual maximum up to $5K per calendar year can go towards relevant training/certifications or an accredited university.
