      Typical Indian company with zero professionalism

      Pros

      Good clients, good work. Daily job is intellectually stimulating.

      Cons

      Overseas Human Resources department is highly under-employed. The employees don't come from a professional environment and hence don't have basic courtesies. Even folks higher up in the company, are not professional. Late for interviews, no show during interviews, set a meeting and never show up without apologies.

      Decent salary and seriously can't think of anything else

      Cons

      1. Management has no clue of clients business and make non sensical promises without consulting people "on the ground" 2. US HR is a mess. Can't describe better than this. 3. Management does more talk and less work. 4. Offshore team not that good and throw ideas which are not required before doing what client has asked for.

      You get to work for some big companies

      Cons

      1. cannot get the promotion, or you get a promotion without pay raise. Most people I know of leave the company for this reason. 2. dispensable HR department 3. no career growth opportunities Don't go there unless you don't have a choice or you want to waste your time or you want to get mental problems.
