      Unlimited holidays. consistent town halls. some people good

      Cons

      Most people not good. legacy code exists, so less learning. still a lot of pressure to complete tasks under pressure Crazy amount of politics. get a promotion only if you can lick good low-key scammer as they'll tell you all is fixed CTC , but then 10% is year end bonus really. always under the stress of giving interview internally. only few consistent projects. most of them are 1-2 months projects. few allowed to innovate, most are laborers.
